Unleash & empower yourself
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. LES MILLS RPM VIRTUAL
A higher gear
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.
With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your virtual Les Mills instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
LES MILLS SPRINT VIRTUAL
Redefine your finish line
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout with a virtual Les Mills instructor, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
LES MILLS DANCE
Calling all dance fanatics
The workout is a 45-minute, high-energy workout that will challenge and move you. Each class includes 10 standalone tracks, each introducing new choreography. The program is anchored in three cardio peaks, a warmup and cooldown. It incorporates innovative dance movements that work cohesively with progressive music inspired by global dance genres. With a focus on movement and technique, it is simple to master and a great option for those who want to improve their dance skills while getting fit, or for anyone who loves to dance. The coaching style is clear, musical, and will help you to master each movement with ease.
CLUBBERCISE®
Dance like there is no one watching
Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED Glow Sticks.
STRETCH & RELAX
Time for You
Stretch & Relax is a gentle class that helps you to stretch out and relax all your muscles. A strong emphasis on the restorative part of an exercise programme. Sarah will teach you how to properly activate and control important muscles and perform movements to keep you supple and energised. Followed by simple but effective meditation.
TABATA
Try something new
If you're looking for a new program to add to your routine, you WILLÂ want to give Tabata try. Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes.
STEP FIT
Step up and sweat
Step is an energizing workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear for calorie burning followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Step caters to all fitness levels and you can increase or decrease the intensity of the workout by raising or lowering the height of your step.
HIIT STEP
Step into shape
HIIT Step is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that uses a step and dynamic bodyweight exercises. It has been designed to improve power, increase strength and burn hundreds of calories.
CIRCUIT BLAST
Circuits time baby
Circuit Blast is a circuit based class working you way around the various stations to give yourself a full body workout.
CHAIR BASED EXERCISE
Sit tall & stand strong
The gentle, chair-based exercises are great for improving your posture and balance, and are suitable for people with reduced mobility to increase stamina, flexibility and coordination while maintaining elements of a traditional fitness class in a seated position.
SLOW VINYASA
Restore & Release
Slow Vinyasa is suitable for complete beginners. We will take the flow at a slow pace to feel the connection of breathe and body and get you familiar with the yoga poses. You will gain strength & flexibility.
YIN YOGA
Time to reflect
Yin yoga is where we hold the shapes for a longer period of time, this allows you to work beyond the muscles into the deep connective tissue. Yin will help with aches and pains and help with flexibility. You may also feel an emotional release.
KETTLEBELLS
Breathe deep & swing hard
Kettlebells classes will improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility and coordination while also melting fat and sculpting healthy and lean muscles.
PILATES
Surpass Your Goals
Pilates trains your body , focusing on core, lower body and upper strength as well as flexibility and posture. A Pilates workout promotes strength and increase range of motion for the joints.

This class will improve your flexibility, concentration & strength while boosting your mood and reducing stress and joint strain.
GENTLE CIRCUITS
Circuits for everyone
This lower intensity circuit training is the staple class for anyone who wants to improve their strength and aerobic fitness levels. Suitable for all ages and levels at a nice gentle pace.
